Embracing My Spiritual Truth: The Birth of Aura Coaching

For much of my life, I tiptoed around my spiritual truth. Growing up in Kathmandu, Nepal—a place where Hindu and Buddhist traditions intertwine amidst the rapid pace of globalization—I found myself navigating the complexities of caste, creed, and gender while deeply rooted in the spiritual significance of my surroundings.

Despite years of practicing yoga, meditation, and energy work, I hesitated to speak openly about my journey. In the corporate world, terms like “divine feminine,” “sacred space,” and “inner knowing” felt distant—something best kept hidden to avoid skepticism or dismissal as “woo-woo.” I feared judgment, misunderstanding, or the possibility of being seen as naive.

But deep within me, a quiet yet persistent voice kept calling me back to my essence. Hummingbird, as one of my spiritual guides, kept encouraging me to see my inner truth. I realized that I was meant to live and serve from a place that is spiritual, soft, fierce, sacred, and feminine.

Stepping Into My Truth

The more I suppressed this part of myself, the more disconnected I felt from my purpose, relationships, and inner peace. I knew I could no longer hide. This realization led me to train as a life coach and deepen my meditation practice with Mindful Coaching—ultimately giving birth to Aura Coaching.

There is no single path to awakening the divine feminine. It began with permitting myself to slow down, feel deeply, and reclaim the parts of myself I had buried in pursuit of success, productivity, and status quo relationships.

The journey back to yourself is never linear. It takes courage to soften, surrender, and recognize the immense strength that lies within your vulnerability. But it also demands something more: a fierce reclamation of self.

Shed the weight of learned limitations disguised as social norms. Breaking free from expectations that tell you to shrink, conform, or be anything less than your full, radiant self. If you must scream to release the chains, you do it. If you must stand your ground and claim your truth, own it.
